How does Alli work?
Alli Pills promotes weight loss by decreasing absorption of human fat by the intestines, which reduces the number of calories we absorb.
By using Alli, Lipase, an enzyme found in the anal/digestive tract, helps break down your dietary fat into smaller components, so it can be used or stored for energy. The Alli "Wonder Pill" works by disabling lipase, which prevents the enzyme from breaking down the fat while it's in your anal tract. The undigested fat continues through the intestines and is eliminated through bowel movements. (when you visit the toilet)
The Alli Diet Pill is taken with fat-containing meals, up to three times a day. Because of how the Alli pills work, it's recommended that you eat no more than 14-15 grams of fat with each daily meal. Eating higher amounts of fat can cause unnecessary effects, such as urgent bowel movements, diarrhoea and gas with oily spotting, commonly know as spatter.
